What type of massage medium to you use?

we use quality hypo-allergenic and fragrance-free cremes, lotions, and oils. If you have a preference, let us know! :)

 

Do you do same-day scheduling?

At least 24 hour advance scheduling is preferred, but we will try to accomodate the best we can. Click here to schedule.

 

Should I arrive early for my massage?

You may arrive up to 5 minutes before your session. Often, there is a session going on before your scheduled appointment. Be courteous and don't arrive too early.

 

Where do I park?

there is ample parking on the street in front of our home-based spa.

 

Is Draping used?

You may wear as much clothing as you feel comfortable. Draping, or covering the body with a sheet or towel,  will be used in your session by default. You can request no draping and that will be honored by both Ren and Luka.

 

How much massage is too much massage?

More than 2 hours of massage can be excessive, especially for deeper work. Ultimately, it is best to start with an hour session if you've never had a massage. The most balanced sessions tend to be the middle road: 90 minutes.
